9 Uplifting Bible Quotes for When You Are Hurting and Need Comfort

Life is God’s most wonderful and precious gift to us, but by the same token, life is not always that easy. There are many wounded and hurting souls and many who are broken in spirit at this present moment.

There are those who are in search of answers for things that are just too perplexed for ones human intellectual capability.

I often think of all 239 passengers and crew aboard Malaysia flight MH370 that disappeared without a trace in early March 2014, and their families who up to this day are still left searching for answers.

With each passing day, hope dwindles while the intensity of the pain continues and the void deepens within their souls. It is never an easy thing when faced with such tragedy.

You may not be dealing with the loss of a loved one, but you are hurting for some other reason unknown to man because you’ve kept the problem/s to yourself, but it is no secret to God who is omniscient.

He is the only on to turn to – the only one from whom we can glean that level of confidence in His omnipotence to heal, to mend and to comfort.

It is on that premise that I bring to you these uplifting bible quotes through which you can find comfort, courage and strength to go on:
