Are You Speaking Life or Death?

Proverbs 18:21 ~ “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”
Whenever a thought is conceived in the mind or the part of the brain which controls that aspect of a man’s life, the brain signals to the mouth gate to open and to release the words in accordance with the thought. One of two things can take place:

  1. If the words spoken were born out of  FAITH, God’s angels are right there to take the WORD and make the word work for us in order to bring about life, positive results and change. God is careful to watch over His word until in the fullness of time, and His appointed time and in the right season to bring it to pass. The word must then be fed by our FAITH! 
  2. If on the other hand the word released was born out of fear (doubt & unbelief), Satan’s agents/his demons are also right there to take that word and work it to their advantage to bring about chaos, confusion, destruction and finally death. 
Our words unlocks PORTALS (doors) to either bring about LIFE or DEATH. Let us therefore speak the abundant life of God through speaking daily what God says about us and our life in Christ!

    Out of the abundance of the heart a man speaks…also, as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. Think then only on the things that are pure, just, lovely, authentic, credible, good and the things that are praise worthy.
