Your Bounce Back Deserve An Extraordinary Praise
This week has been a very rough week for this ministry. It was a week filled with pain, sickness, death of loved ones, sadness, stress, frustration and even tears cried within and without. Where was God when He was needed the most? The situation was such that it became necessary to reason out “hard” with God because in no way shape or form did the circumstances measure up to what God has spoken through His word.
Contrary to that thought of where is God, why is He not here when needed the most; God never left! His plans for our lives never change. Sometimes God’s response to our prayers may seem slow in coming but the truth be told, He is never late but always on time!
A Testimony of An Extraordinary Bounce Back
Here is a testimony of an extraordinary bounce back as one of our ministers prayed.
“This morning as I prayed for the ministry, I felt such a lifting up in my spirit. I felt a bounce back!! I was on my knees yes, but it almost felt as if there was an outer body experience taking place where only my mortal body was on the ground but the true me, my spirit/my soul was dancing for joy in the sky far above the earth. Praise be to God who heard the prayers and the cry of His people.”
Weeping Is For A Time – Joy Comes In The Morning
Psalms 30:1-5 says, “I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou has lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me. O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me. O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. For his anger endureth but a moment, in his favor is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”
There is no doubt that David wrote this psalm after he too had just passed through a difficult moment. He heard the voice of the Lord in the storm in Psalms 29 and though his faith weakened for a moment, in the end, he acknowledged that God rules and reigns over the deep waters. He rules as King, gives strength to His people and blesses them with peace.
A Prayer Of Thanksgiving
God may you be praised forevermore! You are sovereign, you are Lord and you rule and reign far beyond eternity. Thank you for hearing our prayers. We praise you and give thanks to you who have kept our enemies from gloating over us. We bless you for you have kept us from going down into the depths below. You have restored us and we sing praises to you most high for your faithfulness towards us your people. Your goodness is for a lifetime and for that we say thank you. Indeed tears flow in the night but once again you have filled us with joy again this morning. Amen
Hi Yvonne. I pray that all is well with you and family. To show my appreciation of your blog I have tagged you in the ‘1 grateful person tag.’ Feel free to respond when you can. The link is below.
I believe that God is able to keep us from falling, but if we do fall He will pick us up and restore us to our former position. May God continue to bless you and the great work that you are doing.
