Yes, we all lack sleep – if not all, most of us who work online, surely do, and that includes me too! Work just never seems to end and we know how important sleep is to us.
I liked these simple and easy ways to help us sleep faster. Yes, yoga helps and so does switching off all your gadgets and the lights around, before sleeping. A warm bath, listening to light music, and for some even drinking warm milk before bedtime, helps. I guess anything works if you are willing to try and test, what works for you, isn’t it?

So many have a difficult time falling asleep and are heavily dependant on medication to fall asleep. In the long run that can grow into an addiction. These are safe ways that one can fall asleep with once they are put into practice.
