[DAY 19 of 21] "The Journey To Your Restoration ~ Embrace Your New Life & The I Am That Is In You"

As we near the end of this journey to your restoration, it is my hope that you have already begun to experience life anew, that your spirit man is revived and that your faith in God has grown exponentially! I personally have been changed! I have witnessed God moved in ways that I have never seen Him move. And one of the greatest lessons that this has taught me, is to define myself and who I am in God according to the word of God. There will always be struggles, life will always be filled with challenges, season will change, people will change but with all of that you do not have to let those things change you. 

There will always be opportunities for growth, for change and for you to make a difference in the lives of others. Speak according to how God sees you through the eyes of His Son. If you do not make a series of “I am” statements about the new creation you are in Christ, others will define you, and chances are in a negative way, and before you know it, you begin to act and speak in the negative light in which they have perceived you. Having said that, I will like to share with you a portions/excerpts of  “I Am In Christ” statements that I have come up with according to God’s word, and that which I continue to confess over my life. 

“I am one of God’s beautiful creations, created in His image and after His likeness which is His authority and power. I am redeemed through the blood of Jesus and forgiven of all my sins according to the riches of His grace. I am a born of the Spirit of God and I am filled with His Holy Spirit. I therefore possess and walk in the fruit of the spirit of love, joy peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance. I am an Ambassador for Christ. I am His representative here on earth and His official legislature and law enforcement agent because I have an unction from the Holy One. I am a fellow citizen with the saints and of the household of God. I am built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Jesus Christ as the Chief Cornerstone. I therefore walk in the power of God, I walk in the authority of God and I walk in divine dominion. I am the salt of the earth and the light of the world. (Gen.1:26-27; Eph.1:7; Gal.5:22-23; 2 Cor.5:20; 1 John 2:20; Eph.2:19-20; Mat.5:13-14)

I am a student of the word of God and I diligently study His word daily to show myself approved unto Him. I am therefore not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ because I know how to rightfully divide and skilfully use the word of truth. I am wise in God and the things of God and I daily know to cleave to that which is right and move away from the things that are evil. (2 Tim.2:15; Rom.1:16; Joshua 1:8; Ps.111:10; Prov.3:1-8) I am not forgotten, I am never forsaken and as God knows each star by their name and not one is lost to Him and He knows the number of every hair upon my head, so it is God knows my name. I did not choose to be I am, I am an offspring of the I AM that I AM who spoke with Moses in Exodus 3:14. I am the apple of God’s eyes and He keeps me safe under His wings. 

I am the bride of Christ. I am fearfully and wonderfully made on the outside but more so on the inside because I have God’s Spirit upon me and in me. I am not conformed to the world’s way of thinking. I am healthy in my body and I am spiritually well and whole. I am renewed in my mind, thoughts and ways because I am transformed by the word of God and I think only on the things that are true, honorable, noble, pure, lovely and praise worthy. (Heb.13:5; Isa.40:26; Mat.10:30; Isa.43:1; Ps.17:8; Sol.4:7-11; Isa.54:5; Ps.139:14; John 3:5, 14:16,26; Acts 11:16; Rom.8:16; Rom.12:2, Phil.4:7-8)

I am royalty because my Father is King of kings and Lord of lords. I have His royal blood flowing through my veins and I also have His royal DNA which is His Divine Natural Ability. I am heir with God and joint-heir with Jesus Christ. I suffer no lack because He owns everything. Every beast of the forest, the cattle upon a thousand hills, the earth and the fullness thereof, the world and all that is in it belong to Him. All good things have I inherited through my new life in Christ. Every place that the sole of my feet shall tread on He has already given to me. My first priority and passion in life is to seek first the kingdom of God and all His righteousness and as a result of my heart and passion to please Him, He causes all my needs and my desires to be added unto me. (1 Tim.6:15; Rev.19:16; Gen.1:26-27; John 3:3,5; 1 John 5:6-9; Rom.8:16-17; Phil.4:19; Col.1:16-17; Ps.50:10; Ps.24:1; Ps.37:11, 25:13; Mat.25:34, 19:29; Jos.1:3; Mat.6:33)

I am risen with Christ and seek those things that are above that I may please Him. I sit in heavenly places in Him because I am in Him and I dwell in Him and He in me. I remain in the secret places in Him and abide under the shadow of His wings. I have Kingdom Diplomatic Immunity against all evil according to Psalm 91. I now apply this to my life, my family’s life and to all that is mine through Christ. (Col.3:1-2; Eph.2:6; Col.2:12)

I am rooted, I am settled, and I am established in my faith in Christ. I now choose to walk in my authority and dominion as a king and priest of the Lord. I put on the helmet of salvation knowing who I am in Christ and knowing who Christ is in me and through me. (Eph.6:17) As I speak, decree and declare the word of God, it cannot be stopped, hindered or hampered by the enemy (Isa.55:11) because, I am in Christ and Christ is in me!”
