Happy New Year To All

It would be remiss of me not to stop by at this moment to wish everyone [fellow bloggers, subscribers, viewers, friends and family] a blessed and prosperous New Year 2015

Thank you for allowing me into your heart, home, office or wherever you view EMB. Thank you for bringing me joy and a smile on my face on those occasions when I was at my lowest and just wanted to give up. It has been an incredible journey this past year 2014 and you have made my blogging experience over the past months the most memorable one.

At EMB we have experienced new growth, increase in traffic, views, comments and readership. We could not do it without you. To all my new online friends, especially at Aha!NOW in the ABC forum, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

On another front, this past year was marred with so many tragedies and for me, personal grief and loss as I experienced that death of my eldest sister. It touched the very core of my being because I had not seen her for some years and was unable to spend the final moments with her in life.

The great lesson I learned from that experience is that it doesn’t matter how much wealth, position or power that you have in your, family matters the most.

Through her death came our blessing in that God brought new life into our family and I can say with confidence our family bonded and we are closer than we have ever been.

Now we look forward to the New Year with anticipation and pray that there will be peace on this earth where there is war and strife. Let us hope for the best that we are more loving, caring and helpful to each other.

So on behalf of my family – my three daughters Latreece, Shoneece, Shivonne and my two year old grand children Ethan and Ze’Mirah and myself, I wish you all a Happy New Year and God’s richest blessings! May heaven smile upon you with favor and rewards to the faithful. 🙂

All your articles have touched my life in one way or another and this one is no different. Life is about relationships and I know from experience what it feels like to lose a sibling. It forces us to grow-up emotionally and spiritually. I’m glad to hear your family has gotten closer because of it. God works in mysterious way.

  Yes, for sure I missed you – missed the sharing and interaction. I am walking by faith and do believe that the the best is yet to come, not only for EMB but for you and everyone else that’s connected to our community network.
  
  Your words of encouragement are so beautiful. They have inspired me. Thank you. I spent most of the holiday bringing the major project I was working on to completion. The only day I did not work was Christmas Day. But it went well and the move was very successful. Worked a few hours well overtime but it was all for a great cause.
