8 Ways To Improve Brain Power – Infographic

I have always been intrigued with the brain’s distinctive power. It is one of the body’s central command center and the main part of the nervous system. It is the most complex organ in our body.

Without going into much detail about its anatomy, the brain is divided into regions that control specific body functions. Each function allows humans to interact with their environments effectively on a daily basis.

With that said, did you know that it is possible to improve brain power and to train your brain for multiple benefits? Yes, it’s possible!

  1. Hi, Yvonne
I am late here because I was distracted by other things.

We use only very small portion of our brain, we need to manifest the power of our brain to higher level. Nutrition is sure one of the important elements to help the functionality of our brains. Nut is one of main snack in our family. I think we are on the right track here.

As the technology advances to high level, Google supplies information at our finger tips that put our brain in the lazy mode all the time. It is pitiful.

Thanks for remind us to take care our brains.

    • Hi Stella

So good to see you. Happy New Year! Your point is relevant and I agree that we use only a small portion of our brain and the true power is not manifested.

More and more experts are finding/inventing things that make people’s lives simpler. It starts from a very young age where parents give children all kinds of gadgets and gizmo’s which to me do not give them the opportunity to put their brains to work.

I agree that good nutrition and healthy eating habits give more power to our brain. I love nuts just that I do not eat it as often as I should.

Thank you so much for your contribution. Cheers! 🙂

  2. Hi Yvonne,

    Interesting indeed 🙂

Yes, I had seen this infographic on Pinterest sometime back, but never opened to read all the details as I did just now. The brain sure has lots of power, waiting to be tapped, and I read somewhere, as humans we use only a small percentage of it. The tips mentioned are apt, something we should follow to improve our brain. I know for sure that getting the right amount of sleep is one key factor, and the other being to close the electronic gadgets after a few hours of working on them. Rest as mentioned as well.

Thanks for sharing. Have a nice week ahead 🙂

    • Hi Harleena

Nice seeing you again. Love it that you said the brain has lots of power waiting to be tapped. I also feel that’s where our true potential as human beings is also wrapped up waiting to be explored. Don’t you think?

I heard someone mention during last year that multi-tasking is a lie, it doesn’t help but do more harm. I wasn’t surprised when I saw it on the list of one the things to stop doing in order to improve our brain power. Yes good sleep hygiene was another one that resonated with me too…sometimes we can get so busy and then do not practice good sleep hygiene but time for a change considering the positive benefit that comes as a result of getting the right amount of sleep/rest.

Thanks again. I value your contribution. Have a great day/week 🙂

  4. Hi Yvonne
Very lovely post indeed and it reminded me a famous quote that says if you want to improve your brain power keep using your brain.
The last tip avoiding multitasking is so important in this age of stiff competition where every one wants to do more in lesser time but eventually it sucks.
Many thanks for sharing such wonderful tips
    Have a great week ahead

    • Hi Mi

Happy New Year! It’s a pleasure each time you grace us with your presence. Your comments add value and we appreciate you and the contribution you make.

That’s a lovely quote you shared. I believe it’s an investment that we make in ourselves each time that we utilize our brain, hence the reason people should stop googling everything too. 🙂 Some folks have carried it a step further and have gadgets and gizmos to do things for them.

I could not agree more that we should avoid multitasking. Yes the competition is stiff but the results at the end of the day doing multitasks is counterproductive.

      Have a great day/week. Cheers! 🙂
