Permission Is Empowerment!

This is so profound, I just thought to share it with you. How do you see yourself as a Leader? Do you have the full support of those that you have been chosen to lead? 

It is clear that we are living in a society today that is complex and diverse and that we are forced to come up with winning strategies that will clearly not sit well with everyone. Our bottom-line begins with a $ sign and ends with a $ sign. Things like downsizing, right sizing, streamlining, standardizing, layoffs, budget cuts have now become the new buzz words – But notwithstanding all of that, when you have the permission of the ones that you lead, it is an honor. It is empowerment!
