Prayer For When You Need Courage

God of comfort, mercy and grace – the giver of life, the hope for today and tomorrow. We enter into your gates with thanksgiving and into your courts with praise. We declare your majesty, and that you are the one true living God. We stand on your promised word that we are more than conquerors despite the many difficulties and challenges here upon this earth. Grace us with your presence, come tabernacle with us, and let the fellowship of your sweet Holy Spirit revive, refresh and renew a right spirit within us. We will not succumb to fear of the imminent threats as presented by the evil forces, but we trust in you and remember that you did not give us a spirit to fear, but of power, love and a sound and stable mind. We declare no weapons formed against us in any way, shape or form shall prosper and every tongue that rise against us in judgement are already condemned. Cover us under your precious blood and keep us safe from harm and danger in Jesus name amen.
