I also believe that excellence is an art – it’s a gift that we are born with that everything that we set our heart and mind to do, turns out to be at the top of the class or at the top of the corporate ladder. On the other hand, plans must be carefully executed – at the right time, with the right intentions, with the right amount of resources and with the right people.  It’s a choice that we have to consciously make each day, that whatever we set out to do each day, will be done with excellence!
