Prayer – Blessed Are The Peacemakers

Dear God we come before your throne of grace once again in holy reverence and submission to your word and your Holy Spirit. Your word declares in Matthew 5:9, “blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God” and your word shall not return void unto you without accomplishing what it was sent forth to do. We thank you for those that are doing everything possible at this time to bring about peace here on this earth and to ensure peaceful resolution in places torn apart by violence and atrocities against mankind.

Give world leaders strategy and birth fresh new ideas in them where they can sit at the same table and come to amicable decisions to push forward with your agenda and not any personal agenda of their own such as greed, corruption and power. May they come into submission to your will and guidance. Replace every stony heart with a heart of flesh that would replicate mercy and compassion for others. Help them to understand that you are the one who give promotion, to place them in office to govern over nations and you are the same one who can remove them through their lack of obedience to your word.

God your very nature is love and so we ask that your love be the overriding factor in the hearts of men and that it takes precedence over hate. We send forth your word to dismantle, disrupt and destroy every stronghold, every diabolical and demonic plot of the enemy. Bring deliverance and hope where there is discouragement and despair. We declare that your blood is stronger than Satan and sin and to Jesus every knee shall bow to His Lordship and every tongue shall confess Him as Lord. Let your anointing destroy every yoke of bondage and fear and let freedom and liberty reign once again. We thank you and glorify you in advance for our prayers being answered in Jesus name amen.
