Prayer – We Are Grateful

Father God we thank you and praise you once again. This is the day that you have made and we have purposed in our heart to worship you and to rejoice in you. We are blessed that you have spared us your wrath and favored us by your preservation of our lives. We are grateful for in you there is fullness of joy and pleasures at your right hand forevermore. Help us to stay focused on you and to delight ourselves in you. As you promised, when we do that which you have asked, you will grant us the desires of our heart. So let the godly sing for joy to you Lord, for it is fitting for us to praise you.

Be merciful and extend your grace of forgiveness to all those who are in need of such right now. Let the cleansing power of your blood make each heart pure and clean. Robe us in your garment of righteousness and present us faultless and without blame with exceeding joy once again, in Jesus name we pray, amen.
