Self-Reflection and Greatness Quotes To Inspire Confidence and Action

A moment of self-reflection will indeed awaken the greatness inside of you and inspire confidence and action in your life. Don’t be afraid of greatness, you’ve got to face it and before it’s too late, you must embrace it!

While it is true that self-reflection can be a very humbling process, still it is important that you make time to do it as often as you possibly can. Once you make the commitment to do it, then your soul begin to give you the answers which becomes the foundation for the greatness that you can ultimately achieve.

Self-Reflection as a Guiding Principle

What is self-reflection? According to Wikipedia, it is ‘the capacity of humans to exercise introspection and the willingness to learn more about their fundamental nature, purpose and essence. It invariably leads to inquiry into the human condition.’

Additionally, what comes to my mind is this – it is when someone takes the time to look within him/herself to give careful thought about their own character, belief and behavior.

It is also an opportunity to deep clean the soul and spirit being while removing toxic elements in order to discover the true self – the true self that would manifest the divine nature, image and likeness of our Creator.

Self-Reflection Quotes

quote on self reflection by Vanna Bonta

“The true purpose of self-reflection is to correct our mistaken thoughts and actions, and learn from them, thereby creating a more constructive life. Self-reflection is not just the simple act of discovering past mistakes and making up for these mistakes, like resetting a negative zero. The ultimate objective of self-reflection is the development of a more positive self and the realization of a utopia on earth as the fulfillment of God’s will.” ~ from the book Ten Principles of Universal Wisdom pg223
