What is self-reflection? According to Wikipedia, it is ‘the capacity of humans to exercise introspection and the willingness to learn more about their fundamental nature, purpose and essence. It invariably leads to inquiry into the human condition.’

Additionally, what comes to my mind is this – it is when someone takes the time to look within him/herself to give careful thought about their own character, belief and behavior.

It is also an opportunity to deep clean the soul and spirit being while removing toxic elements in order to discover the true self – the true self that would manifest the divine nature, image and likeness of our Creator.
