Hold Your Peace, God Will Fight For Us!

“The LORD shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” ~Exodus 14:14 KJV

It is very encouraging to know that God will fight our battles. We need not take on the battles all by ourself. We need not be afraid either because whether it feels like it or not, God is with us. He never leaves us and He never forsakes us. It is His promise and He is not one to take back His word. All we need to do is hold our peace and continue to put our trust in Him.

No one can deny the fact that we are living in some very serious times. We are in the middle of the most intense spiritual warfare anyone has ever seen or heard of. However,  God’s word is final in everything and we can be assured of the victory that He will bring about on our behalf.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, we are so grateful for today and this blessed assurance that we are not alone on this journey in life. Your promise is that you are with us and you will never leave us nor forsake us. You have given us this blessed assurance that you go before us and that you are going to fight for us.

According to Psalm 91, whoever dwells in the secret hidden place in you, shall abide under the shadow of you the Almighty. We thank you for your outstretched arms that we can rest safely in you as our refuge and our fortress. We thank you Lord that we have victory in you, amen.

    I really needed to read this and soak in the message like a sponge. Times pass and we wholeheartedly know without a shadow of doubt that GOD is with us … During the trials, we know he is surrounding us with his love but can be easily overlooked with the test of time. Holding our ground is what we are required to do!! Enjoyed reading this post! Tfs!

      Absolutely! That is all we can do which is to hold on to God’s word as the gospel that shall save us all. With all that is going on right now, I had to pause and remind myself of this word. The cares of life are many but the promises of God brings hope. We wait for the manifestation of things to come.
