Prayer – Breathe Life Anew and Revive Us Again

Father God we approach your throne of grace boldly, yet humbly because we recognize that without you we can do nothing and without your Holy Spirit we are empty. We praise thy great name honoring you as the King of kings and the Lord of lords.

We are grateful for your word that your grace is sufficient for us and that your strength is made perfect in all our weakness. Most gladly we glory in it, and ask that you uphold us with thy Holy Spirit. Breathe life anew into us, revive us again and restore to us that which was lost through the changing scenes that life brought our way. Enlighten our minds, increase our capacity to be more creative and productive, and to see you beyond our natural circumstances and any trouble that we may face each day.

Enlarge our territory, stretch out the borders and increase our boundaries beyond limits and cause us to be filled with the goodness and the best of which the land has to offer. Fill our cups to overflowing with joy and may your peace abound in our hearts more each day. We are mindful of those who are bombarded each day with difficulties, some to the point of giving up but help them to understand that weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning.

Fight on their behalf Lord. Remember the motherless, fatherless, the widows, the downtrodden and the fallen. Let your river of grace flow through right now into their hearts, lives and into the circumstances that they face right now. Lead us all and guide us we pray. Help us to make the right decisions to bring glory and honor to your name, Amen.
