WTWS 31 – Gearing Towards Ending The Year Strong

A warm welcome to you our EMB readers as we bring to you another week that was series (WTWS). This is a time set aside on the blog on Saturdays to recap all of the wonderful things that took place during the past week on the blog, on our other social media networks and also the editor’s top picks of those blogs we are subscribed to.

Personally, it was a fantastic week for me as I attended Lean Six Sigma training over the past 4 days, December 9th – 12th, 2013. While the concept is not entirely new to me, it was actually the first time that I’ve had this level of training. Never heard about Six Sigma before?

Six Sigma is a business management quality-control program developed in 1986 by Motorola that utilizes a set of strategies, techniques and tools for process and quality improvement within the organization. I am looking forward to 2014 to broaden my scope and to prepare for the Six Sigma Green Belt examination. [*_*] wink and a smile! I’m so excited about this!

WTWS 31 – On The Blog

On the blog, we began the week with more reflection on Nelson Mandela through post entitled  “8 Lessons On Leadership From Mandela’s Life.” In our second article, “12 Bible Verses To Help You Win At Office Politics” were shared. Should you or anyone you may know that is experiencing this, these verses are meant to strengthen you and to help you to understand God’s perspective on how you are to respond. We continue deliver inspirational posts along with the word of God on facebook.
